Additional Fees
Any additional fees required will be quoted and submitted for your approval before we proceed with any extra work.

Battery Replacement Policy
Truck-Batteries-Wollongong will replace any truck battery free of charge only for batteries purchased directly through Truck-Batteries-Wollongong.

The free replacement service applies within a half-hour round trip of our workshop, located at 45 Pringle Road, Fernhill, NSW, 2519. This distance is capped at 40 kilometers, calculated using Google Maps. Services beyond this range are subject to Truck-Batteries-Wollongong approval.

For distances exceeding the half-hour trip or 40 kilometers (whichever comes first), a fee will be calculated and quoted based on the additional distance traveled.

Additional Repairs
Any additional repairs required during service will incur charges at our standard hourly rate.

Breakdown Fees
Breakdown fees apply when vehicles are not pre-booked or an emergency repair is requested. These fees are calculated based on the time of day, distance traveled, type of vehicle, and battery type. The breakdown fee will be estimated upon receiving the breakdown request and relevant details from the customer.

Payment Terms: Breakdown fees must be paid in full before Truck-Batteries-Wollongong dispatches a technician.

Core Fees
A core fee applies to every invoice unless a used battery is provided for recycling.

Multiple batteries will incur multiple core fees.

If you do not have a used battery to recycle, the core fee will apply.

If you provide a second-hand battery similar to the one purchased from Truck-Batteries-Wollongong, the core fee will be waived or refunded.
